Delivery & Shipping

We are happy to deliver orders worldwide. All the orders are shipped between Mondays to Friday from 9am to 5pm and require a signature upon delivery. If a signature can not be obtained the item will be held by the delivery company and require customer to arrange a re-delivery or pick up.

Isepp does not take any responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

We can not change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. We ship to business and residential addresses however can not deliver to PO BOX numbers. Your parcel will be given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped; it is then the customer’s responsibility to track their items.

We ship worldwide to Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, China and major Asian and Middle East countries. If you require shipping to a country that is not listed in the shipping list in the check-out process, please email us . We ship to both business and residential addresses. Business addresses are preferred to ensure a timely delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 7 days for UK orders and within 14 days for international orders, beginning on the day after your have received the product. Returned products must be with their original packaging, unused, unwashed and with their original branded labels and boxes. Please note we are unable to refund and exchange item(s) that are damaged, handled inappropriately, or used.

Please contact us prior to returning your item; you will be responsible for the cost of returning the good to us.  It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely, so we strongly advise that a proof of postage is obtained when returning any part of your order and retaining the proof until you receive your refund notification. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.

Upon the receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order. For any exchange or return the postage is expected to be paid by the customer.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will process the refund within 14 days of receipt and will inform you by email confirming your refund. We can only exchange items for a product for within the same price range subject to availability. If you wish to exchange it for another item that has a different price please return your item and place a new order.


Please note that items which are made to order are not refundable or exchangeable.
