Our Story

Isepp was founded by Peter Isepp after realising that a leather jacket is more than just a jacket — it is a symbol of our aspirations and a visual metaphor for the hero inside.

Ever since he was a child, Isepp regarded the leather jacket as a magical thing to own. He was always fascinated by its primitive qualities, its connections to rock 'n' roll culture and freedom, and the way it seemed to transcend time and fashion. The potency of these powerful attributes, combined with Isepp's creative insight, gave rise to the brand.

The leather jacket has always signalled belonging to a culture, an attitude, a way of moving through the world. Isepp carries that signal forward. A champion of the ego, the leather jacket visually enhances male and female sexuality. Its connections to silver screen classics and moody anti-heroes have eternally imbued it with cult appeal.

Creating wearable art pieces

"Intricate lines and levels of perspective create infinite depth to the subject matter both physically and emotionally to the viewer. My perspective becomes theirs, taking them on a personal journey to the shapes and spaces I see, or that my mind has created."

Made in Italy, Crafted by Italian Artisans

Isepp believes how an object is made matters as much as how it looks. Our collections are produced in Italy by skilled artisans, combining contemporary design with generations of specialist craftsmanship.

Each piece is made by experienced craftspeople, from material selection through to construction and finishing. Their expertise gives every object its quality, character and individuality.

Made in Como

Isepp silk scarves are made in Como, Italy, a historic centre of luxury silk production. Renowned for its expertise in printing, colour and finishing, Como allows Peter Isepp's artwork to be translated onto silk with exceptional clarity and richness.

The result is a meeting of art, material and Italian craftsmanship.
